Traditional Tae Kwon Do Classes are designed to pass on the ancient values, traditions and techniques of the martial arts, such as, Self-defense, Confidence, Self-control, Respect, Discipline, Self-esteem, Perseverencce, Indomitable Spirit and physical fitness strengthening.
Classes are taught in beginner, intermediate and advanced belt levels for effective learning results.
Class activities include warm-ups, stretching, running, cardio drills, punches, blocks, kicks, self-defens,poomse, and weapons.
These classes are fun, exciting and challenging and are structured to motivate all students to be the best they can be at learning the Way of Tae Kwon Do.
